All plants need feeding throughout the growing season, grass is no exception. It starts growing as soon as the average ground temperature reaches above seven degrees. Grass should be a lush green colour. Yellowing and poor colour typically shows lack of nutrient also giving stunted growth.


Fertilizer is easily applied and should ideally be put on about every six weeks. With budgets being tight this is not always possible, but even one application will dramatically improve the situation.
